Home with God, Part 14

Chapter 14 and 15 continue to describe the experience of death and how it might appear to people with differing beliefs or with no belief at all. I recommend that you read them.

One incite is that Death can be Exciting, just as Life can be – after all, they are the same thing. The phase of life after the body dies is not limited by the same physical restrictions that we face on Earth. What you believe can create your experience much quicker and easier. It is therefore important not to restrict your experience to the stories you have been told by other people. Don’t die thinking that you are certain what will happen to you. Ask for whatever good is possible to come to you, and allow all potential to be available.

If you are sure that “nothing” exists after death, that is what you will experience – nothing, like being asleep on earth. Things are still going on around you, but you are asleep to them. Many people are in this state on earth, even while they appear to be awake and moving around.

The drive of life is to be “conscious”, aware, energized, growing, moving, dynamic, interacting. You can not stay asleep forever. Sooner or later you will wake up, just as you do after a nights sleep. There are always other people around you, tending to your needs, waiting for you to return to awareness.

Once you understand that you are no longer in your physical body but still “alive”, you will begin to create new experiences for yourself. You can create anything that comes to mind. This will simply be yet another projected “reality” made up from your imagination, just like on Earth, but faster and without the physical restrictions and reactions. You can not suffer during this process, you are simply creating mental imagery, like in a dream. You may even experience the presence of God, but whether or not you believe it is up to you. Just as on Earth, God is there, but you may not recognise her. Here is a quote from the book:

“If you look into the eyes of another and know that God is there, you will see God there. Otherwise, you will see nothing more than another human being. You may even see a villain.”

Whatever you Desire, whatever you HOPE for, will be given to you.

On page 115 there is a “100 word formula for all of life”, that begins with Hope (get the book and take a look).

But what about the people that don’t have any “hope”. Those that live in fear, feel that they aren’t worthy, that they deserve to be judged and punished for something. How do these people manage on the other side of Life?

After death there is no pain or suffering. This is true even if you believe it is not. Even if you insist on creating an experience of burning in hell, you will not suffer. As soon as your Soul decides that the experience is not Desirable anymore, it will be gone. The Soul already understands that suffering is not desirable, so your Will to create suffering will not be allowed to produce it.

Once the Soul comes to realize that the body is no more and the thinking mind is no more, it will be released from preconceived restrictions created by the perspective of these physical conditions and naturally move to the next stage of awareness.

What is this next level of awareness and how long will it take before it happens?

You begin to merge with the essence at the core of your being and experience who you really are. When? All at the same time! In the non-physical experience, time does not exist in the way that we understand it. I have discussed TIME in earlier Parts, but we will look at it again as it relates to multi-dimensional realities and how we “live” in them “Sequentaneously” – sequentially and simultaneously (as “Home with God” explains it).

Life “After” Death is just like Life “Before” Death, but with no restrictions and no suffering. Wouldn’t that be a good experience to have? Is it true though? What do “You” think?

Don’t “think” too hard – you need to “feel” something.

John Eyre
