Your Dishwasher experience is an extreme case of shifted perception. It’s not really possible for us to be sure what is going on in these cases, just as we can’t be totally sure what will happen to us after our death. We can’t be sure what will happen to us in our physical lives in another day or week or year. Our perception of Time and Space is an Illusion created by our Left Brain. It takes the series of “now” moments experienced by the Right Brain and organizes them into sequences and stores them away for later reference. From its efforts spent analyzing these now “past” events, it can project them into the future and give us an idea of what is likely to happen tomorrow. The Ego mind (in the left brain) likes to be proven correct and doesn’t enjoy being challenged in anyway. So, any suggestion that it is not performing a useful function is dealt with quickly and sharply. Any idea that it might be better if it were made to be quiet for a while so the right brain could enjoy experiencing the Present movement is not favored.

When we spend the Present moment allowing our Right Brain to do what it does best, we are filled with Oneness with All of Life and Inspired by Spirit. We notice that we can affect events in the Past and we can be affected by things coming up in the Future. Past and future do not really exist, we made them up.

We are first taught about Cause and Effect – everything is caused by something. Then science looks more closely and decides that “some things” are not caused by anything, they are “A causal”. Then, may be everything is Random. Actually, everything IS caused by something. It is just that some causes are obvious and others are not. The cause is always the same, it is Conscious Intention. Once we understand that our thoughts create physical things and emotional energies, we begin to be more careful about what we think about and where we put our Intention.

It’s time we Intended to have Peace and Harmony, instead of Fighting for it.

Great to hear from you and thanks for telling us about your experience. Most people, most of the time, don’t allow them-selves to notice and recognize these synchronistic events. However, once you make the Conscious connection between events that would not normally appear to be connected, they begin to appear more often in your life. Not only do they appear more often, they become more and more “impossible”.

The power of Consciousness can do the impossible. The reason is that in normal life we are conditioned to believe that the World is the way it Appears to be, as measured by our 5 physical sensors. However, these are limited tools for perceiving the myriad of possibilities. Science has used these tools to “confirm” that our world is limited, even though our own Spiritual Intuition tells us that they are missing something. Mystics and Prophets throughout the ages have taught us about the power of Consciousness and been ridiculed and tortured for their trouble.

We are at the point where the cycles of dominant energy are turning back from Male (Yang) towards Female (Yin) energy. This is causing people to “Wake Up” to the Self behind the voice in their head and is also bringing Science to the point of “proving” the Wisdom of the Sages, through scientific examination, even though most of them would still deny this.

When we follow our inner guide, we walk in harmony with all Life. Don’t confuse your inner guide with your Egoic Voice – this will be a major task for the people involved in this Transition – Us.

These are the kinds of experiences of millions of people around the world. However, they are not easy to explain to other people. Those that are trapped inside their "issues" aren't ready to take the step of "Faith" that is needed to change their thinking and their behavior. They think that they are not in control of how life presents itself to them. It is true that "life is doing us", not the otherway round. But, the kinds of things it is doing to us are dependant on what we "ask" for.

No one thinks that they are asking for a difficult and stressfull life, but their thoughts and actions make it happen. We create the vibration that we emit and then the experiences that return to us. We can choose how we will react to any situation that presents itself. Then, the next situation that comes along will be based on our last reaction (actually, the average of all our previous reactions, would be more accurate, in most cases).

I am very Happy for your message and for the change round in your life. I hope it helps others to recognise their potential to change the way the world is showing-up.

Something from my personal experience that has really blown me away is that once you start to focus on changing your own experience, Ultimate Reality actually does begin to change, or at least it begins to present itself to you in new ways.

I used to be very focused on violence. I trained in a variety of martial arts for several years, and spent several more years working as a doorman/bouncer at various clubs. I didn't see myself as a violent person, as I would never deliberately start a fight; however I did see myself as a protector or guardian of others, which drew to me a multitude of opportunities to demonstrate that I was that. During that time, it seemed that violence was inevitable.

As the years passed and I began my spiritual journey, I shifted my focus away from that image that I felt I needed to project, and I began instead to concentrate on the concept of peace.

Amazingly, the violence that I used to experience on a daily basis has disappeared completely from my life. Whereas before it always seemed that I just happened to be in the places where violence spontaneously erupted, I now find that those types of situations no longer appear in my life. Occasionally I become aware of violent emotions and actions, but they always seem to happen just out of sight, or far enough away that they do not affect me or the ones I love. On the few occasions where there has been the potential for violence, I have learned that holding the feeling of love and peace within myself has allowed me to divert those emotions, leaving me an open and clear channel so that just the right words could flow through me to prevent what could have been very dangerous and violent outcomes.

The result has been that in a city which has become increasingly violent and dangerous, my family and I have been increasingly protected and shielded from those acts.

I'm pleased that one or more of my messages were in the right place at the right time. Once we see and recognise synchronistic events, more of them occur. Acknowledge them and give thanks.

One problem with coincedences though, the commercial world is configured to deliver them to you to make you spend and buy products that you don't need. It is easy to see the right product to buy, just when you were thinking of them - the thoughts were planted in your mind by clever adverts (not just yours - everyones). So, we have to be descerning about what turns up and make sure it matches Who We Think We Are.

I find that 'coincidental' article that focuses so aptly on my current predicament and I realise again that my doubts are unfounded, that there are no coincidences and that there is help when I need it. Thank you for your thoughts and your efforts in making my life and I imagine so many others more managable and happier. This is the work of life and I will try to carry the energy with me that you have inspired to reach further.

Thanks for your comment. It's always nice to hear what people are thinking about and how these issues are turning up in their lives.

If you haven't already looked at it, you might want to read "Happier than God", which is Neale Walsch's latest book and is about the Law of Attraction and its related energies.

There are 2 big things that tend to stand in the way of perceived and real progress:

1. Past conditioning. As I have discussed in Part 13 and other places, it doesn't really matter what we say, it only matter what we are. What we are, determines how we vibrate (the mix of frequencies that make us up and that other people and things can feel). We typically had a lot of years creating our current vibration and there are many thoughts and ideas that are so deeply ingrained in our being that it can take a long time to even recognise them let alone change them. The thing to do is to study yourself, ask for your inner condition to be revealled to you. Don't try to fight against it or change it. Just Look at it and Recognise it for what it is. Allow it to fade away.


2. The Law of Opposites. When we ask for something specific, what often happens is the opposite appears. This can happen very quickly and we think it is a dissaster. Something must have gone wrong. "God" is punishing me for even asking. God never punishes us, we do that ourselves. The opposite turns up so that we can experience that which we asked for. For example, we ask for an improved work environment and the next day we are told that we are to fired from our job. Our reaction to this event will determine what happens next. If we believe that the process is working and that the current event is OK and will ultimately lead to a "Better" situation, it will. If we react to the situation and get angry, the situation won't go away or get better, we will get more events to be angry about, because ANGER is our new vibration.

Stay Awake to what is happening and give things time to work their magic. They always do.
